Sports

Sports are an integral part of the school programme. There is also some space and opportunity for the pursuit of individual interests in the form of arts and crafts. Students also have the opportunity to learn to play instruments with specialized teachers who visit the school. The school also focuses on developing control, co-ordination and mastery of the body, learnt through action, sensation and observation. As such, opportunities are provided to grow and develop through dance, gymnastics and athletics. A special regimen of yoga and meditation has been made mandatory for students of all classes, intended to develop concentration and memory power.
